I feel like a whimp ...
Given the hard-core side effects some people have had with Ribivarin and PEGIntron, I feel like a whimp.
On Monday, I was driven to distraction by the meds, and feeling out of sorts all day long. This morning, I was doing well, and now here it is around 5 p.m. and I feel as if did the shot last night instead of on Sunday night.
Given that my sleep patterns are unnatural (working from about 1:30-10 p.m. or so, getting in bed around midnight), I am considering another family leave stint. I plan on talking to my doctor about how the rest issue may be affecting how I am responding, the extent of side effects, etc.

Hi Buzz,
Have just been catching up on your blog, which I referenced from Ron's. Hope you don't mind if I add you as a link to mine.
Big congratulations on your over 2 log viral load drop!

Hi Buzz
I guess it doesn't really matter how other people are coping with the sides of tx - what matters is how you look after you.
I know from experience change in daily routines (work patterns etc) can effect me. And I would guess you have a lot on your plate at the best of times - before and besides tx.
So it makes sense to discuss how you can look after you - and support the work of those powerful drugs in your body. I know I need to have regular breaks away from it all + plan these so I know respite is coming up at some point.
Wish you well - and peace Buzz
Ron
