With Mayo, "negative viral load" means negative viral load ...
Well, Dr. Scott's office ran down my viral load lab work from Mayo today and was told with Mayo's current lab method a "negative viral load" means just that, a negative viral load. Nurse Roxanne said if the Hep C virus had been detected they would then report numbers; however, since no virus was detected, there are no numbers to report.
With that I say, "Hallelujah!"
I'll find out next week what Dr. Scott wants to do next in terms of regular CBC, etc., but I am certain the treatment must continue. In the meantime, I will continue to praise God and give thanks to the Body of Christ!
My birthday is Saturday, and this is a wonderful birthday gift from God!
All praise, and honor, and glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit! Amen and amen.
Grace and peace ...
P.S.
Nurse Roxanne got a kick out of the fact that I have been sucking it up and doing my own Neupogen injection. Hey, it's a matter of necessity! I mean, I'm not Bono with some entourage able to follow me around all summer.:) I just have to schedule it so I am home for the PEGIntron shots on Sunday evening.

Hi Buzz
Great news... I can tell you are a bit happy about it too!
It really must be a relief. Obviously someone is watching over you.
All the best
Ron
Hi Pastor Buzz,
Happy birthday to you!
What a wonderful blessing from the Lord.
'Praise the Lord, O my soul;
all my inmost being praise his holy name.
Praise the Lord, O my soul,
and forget not all his benefits -
who forgives all your sins
and heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and
compassion,
who satisfies your desire with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Psalm 103 v1-5
I don't know what genotype you have or all the details of your treatment. I couldn't get to the beginning of your archives for some reason, whatever, you must be delighted with your negative result. Hallelujah!
I have genotype 1b and begin treatment in August for 48 weeks. There's a link to my blogspot via Ron's site.
Enjoy your day.
Miss Poppy
