Psalm 46

I'm preaching on Psalm 46 this Sunday. Len Sweet has a great experience using a "Thanksgiving Chair." I walked and prayed the Psalm this morning. It really lifted my spirit.

When I returned I picked up my copy of "Living With Hepatitis C: A Survivor's Guide." I purchased it in 2000, a year or two before pegalated interferon became the standard of treatment. I wondered whether there was an revised edition and checked Amazon. There is, and I ordered a copy. It should be here in a few days. It is a good book, and I plan on using it in forming a game plan for nutrition, exercise, etc.

Donna may be out of town on Saturday. If so, I think I'll make my first stop at The Healing Room. I think they're open on Saturdays.
